Course Payment Policy
To secure your place on any Liverpool Dog Grooming Academy CIC course, a deposit or payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your place on the course and covers administration, planning, and reserved training space.
Payment in Full
If you pay in full for your course, 25% of that payment is non-refundable if you cancel. This deposit secures your place on the course and covers administration, planning, and reserved training space.
Course Balance Payment
The remaining course balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the course start date.
If the balance is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and offer the place to another learner, and your deposit will still remain non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation
Your course place is only fully confirmed once:
Your deposit has been paid, and
The full balance has been received by the due date.
